Orders are confirmed once the balloon details, colours, date, price and collection or setup arrangements have been agreed. Please order as early as possible so your date can be reserved.
Prices
Prices shown on this website are guide prices and may vary depending on size, colours and design requirements. The final price is confirmed before your order is accepted.
Colours and materials
Balloon colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown on this website and depend on stock availability. Alternatives will be discussed with you where needed.
Collection, delivery and setup
Collection, delivery and setup times are agreed in advance. Any delivery or setup charge is quoted with your order. Access and a suitable space must be available at the agreed time for on-site setup.
Changes and cancellations
Please tell us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. Where materials have already been purchased or work has started, a charge may apply.
Balloon care and safety
Balloons are decorative products and are not toys. Keep uninflated or broken balloons away from children under eight years old. Keep balloons away from heat, flames and sharp objects. Balloon lifetime varies with temperature, weather and handling once they leave our care.
